Hi,
I just began to work with your theme. All I’ve done is upload the demo content that I would like to work with….I’m getting an error message that is preventing me from editing my site. Please see it below.

The theme isn’t throwing that error messages, it looks like it’s coming from the Open Swatch plugin. Please try to deactivate that plugin to see what happens then.

That fixed the error message issue. Thanks. I now uploaded the ‘coming soon’ demo to my domain until I get things in the backend sorted out before I begin to edit/build my site with your theme. I actually already have a ready-made website but with another theme…is there a guide or some advice you can give to me in order to get your theme up and running with my existing content? Also, I have quite a bit of old plugin’s/files in my dashboard from my previous theme, will that be an issue? Thanks.

Thank you for the update.
You will have to export the existing content from your previous site and import them to the new site containing the Enfold theme. For more info, please check the documentation below.

I decided to purchase the Duplicator Pro “Basic” plugin, I’ve used it before and like it however right now I just tried to import my website into my dashboard and got an error message about a missing file so I sent a message to the support of the plugin to see what to do next. I suppose I need to wait for assistance now.

Duplicator Pro support just told me that I need to redo my backup using Duplicator Pro only, that was the issue. i was trying to import a backup from my Go Daddy account. Will I need to reactivate the old theme I used to use in order to do the back up of my site again? I have no idea. Thanks.

Duplicator Pro support just told me that I need to redo my backup using Duplicator Pro only,
We are not really sure what it means, but we do recommend keeping in touch with your hosting provider and the plugin developer. Also, please make sure to create a site backup or restore point before going any further.
