    Hello support,

    since I couldn’t find any help, yet – maybe you can…

    I try to upload videos (about 16MB in different format like mp4, avi…) but get an error message:
    “Unerwartete Antwort des Servers. Die Datei wurde möglicherweise erfolgreich hochgeladen. Schau in der Mediathek nach oder lade die Seite neu.”
    “Unexpected server response. The file might have been uploaded successfully. Please reload.”

    But the file has never been uploaded.
    I deleted all non-active plugins. I upgraded all other ones. Also upgraded WP to the latest version…

    Weird thing: four weeks ago it worked.

    Maybe you have an idea?

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Is it working correctly when using a different theme or when the plugins are deactivated? Please post the site URL in the private field so that we can check it. You should also try to increase the maximum file upload size limit. Here’s how.
