    when we go to mobile, especially on android we get a 404 error page . this is only on mobile and not on desktop ..

    from what we can tell its the homepage.

    However, if you click on the menu then click home it seems to refresh to the right page. But mainly when people go to the hompage the first time, on mobile and mainly on an android. However I have seen it on my iphone and ipad a couple of times.

    Hi,

    I couldn’t see that error on my end using iphone6/chrome, could you contact your hosting provider to see if they can see any errors in their logs maybe?

    Hi!

    I am using a Samsung Galaxy S4 and did not get 404 error when visiting the site. I would suggest clearing the browser cache on all your mobile devices and try again.

    If that still does not work, there could be a redirecting code in the .htaccess file on your web host’s server that is responsible for this. Check the file or have your hosting provider check to see if there is any code that is telling mobile devices to redirect.
