Hello,
I tested the mailchimp popup and it works well.
But now – after some days – I want to get rid of it because it is super annoying.
I can’t remember to put the popup code into the page and I still want to have the possibility to subscribe on a different page. So I cannot just kill the connection to mailchimp in the enfold-newletter-setting
But there is the code in the frontpage near the end. Can you explain me how to kick it out?
Thank you very much in advance !June 2, 2016 at 1:19 pm #642030Hey Ralf,
bout which mailchimp popup are you talking about? are you using a plugin for such function? if yes ask plugin’s author about it or the one who is responsible for such a popup.
Best regards,

June 2, 2016 at 2:51 pm #642100Hi,
I checked the link you provided and i do not see any mailchimp pop-ups or mailchimp related subscribe options. Would you mind posting us a screenshot/mockup of what you would like to achieve? You can upload the screenshot to imgur.com or dropbox and share the link here :)

VinayJune 2, 2016 at 2:58 pm #642104Mhm, thats strange, isn’t it?

It is the white box below.June 2, 2016 at 5:10 pm #642154Hi,
Strange but it did not show up for me on chrome may be because of a pupup blocker. I can see it now on IE.
Do you remember adding any custom code in Enfold > Theme Options > Google Analytics Tracking Code or may be installed a plugin to achieve this?

VinayJune 3, 2016 at 10:27 am #642483I don’t remember to put in some code. I digged throug the installation for a whole day but could not find it.
There is also no plugin for this.June 4, 2016 at 12:06 pm #642902Hi,
The popup is triggered by one of the plugins. To find which plugin is triggering the mailchimp popup please follow these steps:
1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
