Get menu from one demo, and use it in another

Hi guys.
I`m testing and reading the documentation to get something.
I like this nav-menu used in this demo:

And i want to use it in another theme.
What are the main class and css to read and study how to do it?
I do not want to get the work by the community, but i want to know the way to learn how to do it by my self.
