How can I change the text „Das könnte Dich auch interessieren“, on each blog site?

Please install a plugin like Loco Translate, find the String there and replace it.

Yes I have.
But there is no string for „Das könnte Dich auch interessieren“ . I would not translate the text. I will only change the word „Dich“ into „Sie“.
An other possibility is to disable the „You might also like“ plugin. How is this possible?

You can translate only that it is possible yes!
Just find and replace only the words you need not everything.
