    Hello,

    I am using the enfold theme for quiet some time now and i am in general very happy with it! But I tried to change the theme language to German for several times now and without any success (the part showing to the customers in the frontend of the website, not the panel for the theme settings in the WP backend). I read different forum topics regarding related issues and translation files, but no solution worked for me. Maybe you can help me out with this please. I put some admin credentials in the private content.

    Hey John,

    unfortunately this does not help me anyway… I have no problem with WPML translations, maybe you misunderstood.my concern… I will try with some examples:

    1. When I put the social share buttons in a post, the heading is always “Share this entry” instead of “Eintrag teilen”.
    2. When I use a gird layout for my blog posts it always says “Read more” below them and not “Weiterlesen”

    I want to use the Enfold theme with the german translation files.

    I put another link from a website which I have created in the private section where it works perfectly. I hope this helps you to get my concern although my english is not the best! ;)

    Hi,

    Please install the following plugin which will enable you to translate the text or strings.

    And make sure that the Settings > General > Site Language is set to German.
