HI, I HAVE AN EXTREMELY COMPLICATED, AT LEAST, FOR ME ISSUE…

I would like to have the main word ‘ KIWI’ in this example translated using google translator that could appear somewhere next to the word.
http://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english-polish/kiwi – It has been made on this website whenever I find a word it is translate with the regard of the country IP ( It’s geolocation I think ).
I hope you can offer my some clues how to do this.
