I have example http://www.bus2bus.berlin/en/Exhibitors/index.jsp Under ‘marketing’ you find a self-service tool to create banners with Hall and Booth number. I WANT THIS for our websites.I don’t know have coding or plugin wordpress for generate banner for example this website ?

It would be easier if you could find a plugin, maybe such as this one – http://wordpress-advertising.tunasite.com/visual-banner-creator/. Having it custom coded might be more expensive for you :)
