I recently set up a new managed wordpress account with Go Daddy and installed the latest version of Enfold I was able to find (3.1.5). I went through and set up my own custom colors in the general settings of the backend, but when I saved the options most of them didn’t show up on the site. The socket coloring and the logo were both updated, but the rest we left at the original install colors even though General Styling says the changes are there.

I’ve checked file permissions and they are all correct.

    Hey jaimemerz!

Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times, your website is not using one of the default predefined color schemes at the moment – http://i.imgur.com/K9oKE7r.png
P.S.: Latest version of Enfold is currently 3.2 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

I flushed my cache and nothing has been fixed, but upon checking my other browser I see that it is showing just fine then. I checked with a coworker and she is also seeing the same problem on only Firefox!
    I have updated to 3.2.

    Hey!

I get the same error in Firefox, it’s most likely a caching issue and I can see that you are not using any plugins except the system plugin which is required by myftpupload? I tried flushing the cache in the backend option but it didn’t make any difference. Could you try contact myftpupload to see if there is any caching going on?

I contacted them and they say it’s not on their end. They see no caching issues.

    Hey!

as it is working for thousands of others try to delete all theme files and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account. If it is not a caching issue from server side, then this should fix the issue.

We ended up having to reinstall the site entirely.
