Hi,
I have just instaled Enfold Theme Version Number is 4.7.6.4. I am able to edit the logos, etc. but the General Styling options do not take effect regardless of which one I choose.

RikardI’m rebuilding my websites and installed the Enfold theme, but the private token does not validate. I have three tokens. Can I have all three reset so I can use these templates?

If they are on a different domain then please try to remove them on the old domain and add on a new one (or try to generate a new private token for the new one).

DexI am not a coder, I purchased the 3 x Enfold theme licenses to use for my website. I have dumped my old sites to recreate my projects with new domain names. The registration via WordPress dashboard does not seem to work, so my theme settings are not taking effect. I was told to reset the keys…whatever that means.

DexOkay, I have created a key for my Evanto theme (I have no idea what permissions to select but used the three recommended in the app). I have installed the app to manage the key. I’ve provided the key and activated it but the theme settings still do not take effect.
I get this message:

– code: not_authenticatedAlso, I have 3 x license certificates, do I have to create a different key for every purchase that I have made? I also have other products that now show up in the app. Do they all have to be registered with separate keys?
Sorry, if I had an idea of how your sites relate I might make sense of some of this, but it is very confusing and frustrating. What is Kriesi.at to Envato or themeforest.com??? It feels like I am dealing with the united nations to try and get support for what should be a minor issue and the advice that I get from different sources are conflicting.

Please refer to this on how to set the correct permissions for the token: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5. I would recommend that you generate a separate token for each of your sites.
We are a vendor on the Envato/Themeforest platform, if you need support for our theme, then please ask them here. If you need help with things concerning your Envato account, or something on the Envato platform, then please ask them directly to their support.
