weet ik mijn token niet meer voor Enfold

You can refer to this post: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a new Personal Token and use it to receive auto updates.
If you do not receive the update after inserting your token in Enfold theme options, please try using the Envato Market plugin: https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/. You can insert the Token in plugin settings and check “Themes” tab for the update :)
