Is it possible when someone new visit website cookies for him/her be turned off by default and if he//she click on learn more button in Cookie Consent Message so then he/she can turn on cookies?
Now by default all cookies are turned on i want to be oposite (turned off)

I don’t think that’s possible since turning on and off browser cookies is a browser setting. I think there are some js codes that could check if the user has turned on/off cookies but not switch on/off the setting.
I think the best way is to check if it’s turned on/off then alert the user with some popup window or something, however this type of modification is outside the scope of our support and would take some time to do :(Best regards,
