    Hello team,
    In the last days I have been experienced gateway time-errors when I try to access my wp-admin. Sometimes it is impossible to log in for hours.
    My hosting provider explained that there is a problem with Themeforest and Envato Market servers.
    What can I do to solve this problem?

    Hey turistai!

    It doesn’t sound like a theme problem but try deactivating all of your plugins and try again. If your still having trouble then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

    Hello Elliot,
    unfortunately I can’t login at the moment. There is always a “gateway time-out” error. I am not able to create a new WP login.
    My hosting server assistance told me there is a serious problem with Themeforest themes (including Enfold).

    I had a similar problem, but was able to login. I removed the Themeforest API and it works fine.

    @sundialstudios thanks! I will try. I checked for news on themeforest twitter account. They have ongoing DDoS attacks in their server. No solution at the moment.

    Hey!

    I’m not sure if it will help but you can try creating a backup and temporarily rename the Enfold theme folder to something else to see if that lets you login. If your still having trouble then it’s possible it could be a plugin that you need to delete.

    If that does not help then I suspect it’s something to do with your server and it would be best to work with your hosting provider.
