Hi
I am trying to do a very simple and quick gallery of a bunch of photos. Just need them to open in a lightbox (I know using the Portfolio function might work but I am trying to do this super quick)I am trying to separate the galleries based on subject. The first three look great and it falls apart after that.
Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

Use a masonry gallery or try to change the gallery setting to a perfect gallery or something else and change it back to the same settings you are currently using. Sometimes the settings value might not have been updated properly.
If that does not resolve the issue we need to take a closer look at the issue Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- the URL to the login screen
- a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
- as well as a password for that username

I have done as you suggested but nothing works. I have tried deleting and starting over. I have tried copy & paste from one that works, but that didn’t do it.

Thank you for the info. The other galleries look like that because the sizes of the images are different. Edit those galleries then adjust the “Gallery Preview Image Size” settings. Adjust it until you find the most acceptable result. Or upload images with the same size and dimension.

IsmaelSorry – but that doesn’t make sense since the images in the galleries that DO work have images that are different sizes. Some are portrait and some are landscape, and it still works. Any other ideas?
Hi – can you let me know if you have any other ideas? It should not matter what size the images are in a gallery and the other ones work fine.

The theme generates smaller versions of the images and these thumbnails may differ in size and can be cropped in various crop modes. Sometimes, those thumbnails will be resize to the exact dimension specified by the theme and retain its original proportion. In some cases, parts of the images are cut off so two images with different size and proportion will produce different set of thumbnails. Did you test “Gallery Preview Image Size” settings?
