Hi,
I want to use the WordPres gallery [gallery] with caption text below. Very simple thing I think, but unfortunately it does not work with Enfold. The theme does not show any caption-text in gallery. What can I do?

That depends on the styling. and at the moment kriesi has not styled / made the gallery like that.
Take a look at the tutorial here, it might be helpful for you.
