On my site, matt-morse.com/about, the gallery (screenshot below) opens the picture file on new site in same window instead of the lightbox. Could you please advise.

Please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps. Then you can activate them one by one to find the culprit

YigitDeactivated all plugins installed since it was working properly and no changes.
It loads a link with an i2.wp.com at the beginning.
