After the update all my galleries are missing, like they are not defined in the pages.
When editing the pages in WordPress everything seems fine.
Adding a new gallery also seems ok, but is just not shown in the page.November 5, 2015 at 7:39 pm #531146P.S. This is confusing. I had hoped to return to a working system with a backup of the site and database from yesterday.
Does not seem to make a difference. However Tuesday this week everything was fine.
In any case, whether it was update 3.4.1 or something else, Gallery is not working and this is killing my site.
So any help would be appreciated.- This reply was modified 9 years, 1 month ago by mleonhard.

Just noticed (even though this should have been the first thing to hit me), the slide of the startpage is also missing.
This is turning out to be quite irritating. I would really (!) appreciate some support.November 6, 2015 at 11:27 am #531396Maybe support is very busy after the latest update.
However, it would be nice to have some sort of response.
I am trying as hard as I can to fix this and meanwhile my site is seriously handicapped.November 7, 2015 at 8:51 am #531809Hi,
If you reply to your own thread it will send it to the back of our queue so please try not to do that unless you think it’s absolutely necessary. Please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Thanks,

November 9, 2015 at 5:19 am #532322Hi,
Not sure what’s going on there but it’s likely a conflict from one of your plugins, please try to deactivate them to see if that is the case. Also, clear the cache from your caching plugin before disabling it.
Best regards,
RikardNovember 9, 2015 at 9:57 am #532435Yes, I have tried that, deactivated all plugins, but it makes no difference.
November 9, 2015 at 3:45 pm #532667Hi!
Can you please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/?
I could not reproduce the issue on my local installation and i am seeing an JS error in console. I too, like Rikard, think that it is a plugin related issue. Have you tried flushing cache and refreshing your page after de-activating all plugins?Best regards,
YigitNovember 9, 2015 at 5:04 pm #532756Does not work,I’m afraid.
I renamed the old enfold folder and cleared the cache.
Also tried clearing the cache and refreshing numerous times.
The error also remains when all plugins are deactivated.November 10, 2015 at 11:53 am #533164I am thinking about deleting the whole wordpress setup and starting again clean, because I can’t see a solution to this issue.
Is there a way to at least export/save all my pages to make this easier and quicker?
Some sort of export function or via FTP? I am aware of the WP export tool, but unsure how well this works.
Thank you for your help.- This reply was modified 9 years, 1 month ago by mleonhard.
November 10, 2015 at 2:33 pm #533263Hey!
You can refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ and export your database. To be on the safe side, please have back up of wp-content/uploads folder as well.
Best regards,
Yigit -
