Hello.
We have been experiencing two serious problems for many months now.
1) Gallery images whose links (“custom links”) are to videos (not to the images themselves) are not loading when a page visitor first visits a given webpage. This is an intermittent problem affecting MANY pages. It is forcing us to advise web page visitors that they must refresh the page to see the images. The web page link in the Private Content is an example;
2) Oftentimes, the Color Section background image in a color section at the top of a page simply does not load. This too is an intermittent problem affecting MANY pages, for example the same page whose link is in the private content.
NOTE:
1) This does NOT happen when these pages are loaded on a smartphone or small screen tablet.
2) This DOES happen both on password-protected pages AND pages that are public.What is the solution that will solve this problem?

Thank you for your patience, for your video gallery, when the page is loaded the element has the javascript disabled, typically this is due to a lazyload plugin, please disable your lazyload plugin and then check again. If this helps try reviewing the plugin options as it may have an option to enable the javascript whild the plugin is enabled.
Please note that the lazyload plugin may be in your JetPack plugin, so also try disabling it.
I was not able to see your second issue, but this could also be from the lazyload, or a different plugin.
I see that you have a plugin called wp-gallery-custom-links is this what you are using for the video gallery links?Best regards,
