September 6, 2015 at 7:56 am #498800I’m using the Gallery with 20 images and when the page opens (or if I refresh it), the thumbnails stay grayed out until I scroll to the bottom of the Gallery, then start scrolling back up. It doesn’t matter how long I wait to scroll down, then up. Can you help figure this one out? Also, the last two rows of the Gallery split into two rows on my low-resolution MacBook (only the last two rows for some reason). On a higher-resolution, it’s fine. -

RikardSeptember 7, 2015 at 7:31 am #499058Sorry about that. See private section for password. BTW – it worked on an iPad, but not on my MacBook Pro. September 7, 2015 at 9:55 am #499140Hi, It worked fine on my end, although a bit slow the first time. Could you try to empty your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps? Not sure if I might have misunderstood you though, maybe you want to disable the animation? Please send us a temporary admin login if you should have any further problems. You can post the details in the Private Content area of your reply. Regards,
RikardSeptember 7, 2015 at 6:24 pm #499474Hi, Still doesn’t work. I tried it on a PC (and on another MacBook Pro) this time and still get the same results. The gallery images don’t come up unless I scroll all the way to the end. (It does work on an iPad for some reason.) Here’s how to replicate it. Scroll down until you only see a couple of rows of the “Ad Gallery” images, then stop. Don’t scroll down anymore. The images will remain grayed out. (If you scroll all the way down to the last row, then they all pop up. But, only if you scroll all the way down.) Hope that make sense. September 7, 2015 at 7:37 pm #499492I just figured out how to fix it. I changed the setting to activate animation on page load! That worked! Sorry to have bothered you. September 7, 2015 at 9:31 pm #499534Hi! Glad you got it shorted!
We will be happy to assist with anything else.Best regards,
