    Enfold 4.6.3.1

    Hallo!
    Kann in bestehende Galerie keine Bilder hinzufügen (Galerie > Hinzufügen/bearbeiten > Zur Galerie hinzufügen”), da dort keine Elemente angezeigt werden (die Seite ist rein weiß). Lege ich eine neue Galerie an, kann ich bei der Neuanlage Bilder hinzufügen, nachträglich aber auch nicht.

    Wo liegt der Fehler? Danke!

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Where can we see the issue with the gallery? Please make sure that the site is using the latest version of the theme, 4.6.3.1, and that WP is upgraded to version 5.2 or later. And provide the URL of the site so that we can check it.

    an WordPress is 5.3.

    I send you a link to screenshots to demonstrate the problem “i can not add photos to the gallerie”.

    Habe einen ähnlichen Fehler. Bei mir ist der Bildschirm weiss, wenn ich ein Bild einfügen möchte…

    Klingt identisch: Bei mir ist unter “Galerie bearbeiten” die normale Ansicht mit allen Bildern, die auch umsortiert werden können. Klickt man auf “Zur Galerie hinzufügen”, bleibt unter der Überschrift alles blank, keine Bilder, kein Button, nichts zum editieren, hinzufügen etc..

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    It works fine when the Enhanced Media Library plugin is deactivated. Unfortunately, we don’t provide support for third party plugins as stated on the support policy, so you have to get in touch with the plugin developers. They should be able to direct you to an appropriate solution.
