    Dear enfold team,

    im having problems with my website: aegi.lindtwerk.de can you help me out? The masonry galerie and sliders dont work at all…

    Hey Lennardt,

    Can you please try re-updating the theme via FTP – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and de-activate all active plugins and check if that helps? :)

    Hi,

    You are getting some errors on the page with the slider, see private. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?

    Thanks for the feedback, the sliders are working now on my end. Did you try clearing your browser cache and reload a few times?

    Hi Victoria, thanks for getting back to me. I have now an other big problem with enfold: Always when im publishing/updating a new post/page the content gets deleted…i have read sth about special headings etc. in an other forum post but it is still deleting all the content…to be honest im really annoyed by your theme…neither the slider nor that issue should come up!! and YES, i have already updated endold, wordpress, installed it locally and deactived all plugins…

    Hey, the phpmemory is 256m. is there any other chance/person who can help me? i have to finish the website (only page that is still missing is the one where the content gets deleted all the time).. thanks for a quick reply…my logins are above if you want to log in..

    Hi,

    When the content added is been deleted, is becaus there is not enough space on the server.
    That means the database can not grow to save anything

    Can you check that?
