    Hi,
    very strange issue, we are using the GA4 tracking code. In the cookie banner are all cookies deactivated as default.
    Thats fine. BUT when user activate the Google Analytics in the modal window and accept, the script isn’t loading into the page.

    Settings in Backend: Default Cookie behaiour (3rd option):
    “Nutzer muss akzeptieren und einwilligen (Opt-in), nur notwendige Cookies sind ausgewählt.”

    For adding the GTM Code i am usinf the plugin: Google Tag Manager for WordPress

    Is here sometning blocking or setup wrong?

    Hey Sebastian,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Please note that the privacy toggles can only control options and cookies that are generated by the theme. They will not have an effect on options or features that have been added using a plugin. If you want the user to be able to toggle the tag manager, you may need to add the analytics script directly in the Enfold > Google Services > Google Analytics Tracking Code field instead of using the plugin.
