functionality question-pagination within builder

Hi, I have currently be building my website using Divi builder through Elegant themes when I came across a no-pass-go issues after investing a major amount of time with divi adding content etc. Now I”m looking at having to switch themes as in the divi builder I found that I was unable to split a single page (not just a post, but this is also a problem with posts) that was built using the builder into multiple pages within the builder itself. I was told I’d have to do that using the standard text editor, which isn’t helpful to me, since I purchased the builder specifically because I don’t have the know how to build a great page layout in any other way. So my first question 1) is the builder in enfold able to split a single page into multiple pages. Does it have this pagination option built in? And then, if so 2) is it easy enough to migrate my site over from Divi, to Enfold? Is it a matter of simply uninstalling divi and installing/activating enfold (you can see the level of my ignorance here). And 3) do you have a trial period?
