Hi! I replied to another post and was requested to open up a new threat and post credentials in private.
Old Thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/fullwidth-sub-menu-13/#post-1040538
Issue:
First, there are pages where the links do not work. I’ve updated the CSS per that last thread; not working.
Then, there are pages where the links do not work, and when it is set as “sticky”, various elements of the page go over and under it when you scroll.
AT other times, the menu collapses completely, stacking one on top of the other.
When I try and delete the menu to just get rid of the element, it wipes out all of the content beneath it. Lost several pages of content this way. If you look in the revisions, the content is there. When I restore a revision, then delete out the menu, the content goes. If I revert from the layout builder to the default editor, the content disappears entirely.
I have pages where this is happening and credentials posted in private content.
Let me know what I’m missing/doing wrong here. Happened under my nose, I recently migrated to the new version, didn’t test it but didn’t recall this happening before.
Thank you so much!
December 10, 2018 at 4:27 pm #1043136Hey,
Sorry for the late reply!
Login credentials did not work for me however Fullwidth Sub Menu elements seems to be working fine right now. We have fixed the issue in Enfold 4.5.1. Have you updated the theme? :)
Best regards,

Yes, I’ve updated Enfold and it looks like one issue was able to resolve. However, there is another one.
Login Credentials:bI tested the credentials, made a change and have reposted that below. Sorry about that.
Issue 1: Links not working in fullwidth submenu after a user clicks and the page scrolls.
- I’m on a page that features fullwidth submenu. An example page is listed below under “Item 1”
- Click the Fullwidth submenu, and the page will scroll to the area of the page determined by the anchor text. At this time, the submenu becomes sticky
- However, the links on the fullwidth submenu STOP working at this point. You can’t use the menu to navigate around the page
Could you look into this?
December 17, 2018 at 7:20 pm #1046449Hi,
That still seems like z-index issue which was actually fixed in Enfold 4.5.1.
Could you please try adding following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options > General Styling tab#top .av-submenu-container.av-sticky-submenu { z-index: 301; }
User role is not administrator therefore i could not add it myself to test it :)
Best regards,
Yigit -
