Hello,
I would like to arrange 1 picture & text next to each other like here. (https://www.dropbox.com/s/fzebh1drxag483s/Bildschirmfoto%202019-04-11%20um%2016.45.18.png?dl=0t) For me, but always a large margin / distance to the edge appears how do I get the picture Fullwidth?

You can try to use a Grid Row element in order to get that layout.
