Hi,
In the past week the full width easyslider has stopped working. When the page loads it displays a blank area, but on clicking on either of the arrows it starts to display the images, but not the original caption.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Keith

You seem to quite a few consol errors being thrown in the browser. Would you please disable all active plugins and see if the problem persists?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonSeptember 11, 2017 at 10:26 am #850404Hi Jordan,
All plugins disabled and the problem is still there. I’ve also noticed that the testimonials aren’t showing either.
Also with all the plugins deactivated it has altered the formatting of the home page with information in 1 column and not 3, although the page builder is showing it in 3 columns.
Thanks for your help so far.

September 11, 2017 at 10:37 am #850407If I reactivate the events calendar it sorts the formatting out. But the slider and testimonials are still not displaying.
I’ve also asked the hosting company to update the php from 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.21 to php 7.0.

September 11, 2017 at 2:07 pm #850496Hi,
The php version you are running now is kind of old, so maybe an update to 7.0 will resolve the problems. Could you let us know when you have updated and if it helped with the problems?

RikardSeptember 12, 2017 at 10:47 am #850935Up and running on 7.0.22-2+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+4 but the problems are still there.
September 13, 2017 at 5:05 am #851339Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, you are getting a couple of error messages on the page which I think are causing the problems. Could you try to deactivate all plugins to see if one of them is the culprit please?
Best regards,
RikardSeptember 13, 2017 at 9:12 am #851450Deactivated again and problem still persists as before. As said above the formatting is all out without the events calendar activated.
I need to turn back on events calendar and event espresso to keep some of the site functionality working. Only these 2 plugins will be re-activated.
September 13, 2017 at 10:11 am #851482Hi keithattwood,
This menu item
https://cl.ly/2N121L160D2j has a link that breaks the slider, JavaScript error prevents the proper slider init. For the test, you can leave the menu item at /events/ and see if the issue remains.Best regards,
VictoriaSeptember 14, 2017 at 9:33 am #851934Thank you. Works with it just being left as events without the additional list function.
Great work guys.
