My slider has 2 videos.
The slider will only play ONE of the two longer videos/
IT slides past the second in like a second after it loads.
How do I make it play all of them?It does not seem to matter which of the two is placed as second, it passes whichever one is second.
I have switched them and it always does this – in every browser.January 12, 2021 at 7:32 am #1271773Hey A,
Thank you for the inquiry.
We found the videos in the first and third slide and both of them are playing automatically. Did you replace the second video with a locally hosted video instead of using vimeo?

I had assumed I would not get a reply here…
I recreated the problem on this page https://eventsolutions.com/test-3/
It is slide 4
January 15, 2021 at 8:04 am #1272605Hi,
Sorry about the delay. We cannot seem to reproduce the issue on our end. The video in the 4th slide plays automatically after sliding in, same as the video in the 2nd slide. We checked the site on Firefox Dev Windows 10. Please check the screenshot below.

IsmaelJanuary 15, 2021 at 4:35 pm #1272772It is not working on four computers here – all windows 10, all firefox – It WILL work if you CLICK through the sides, but not it you let them slide on their own.
It cuts off as soon as the text disappears.
I added the screenshot of where it stops playing below on the same test page. If you SWITCH the two longer videos, it does the same thing.
Is Layerside just not able to manage this many videos? Is it the length?
January 20, 2021 at 4:34 am #1273884Hi,
Thank you for the info.
We can now reproduce the issue but we are not yet sure why the media loads but then the slider proceeds to the next slide. Would you mind providing the WP and FTP details in the private field? We would like to check the issue further, but we might have to edit a few files and toggle some settings.
Best regards,
Ismael -
