    Hi,
    I’ve tried to implement the Fullwidth Easy Slider with a video as the initial slide – I also have 2 other images on the following slides. (using all latest updates for Theme & WP)

    The slider loads and video works fine on Chrome on Desktop size screen but does not work on small screesn e.g iPad or Android smartphone (Chrome browsers).

    A small low height horizontal outline of a container is visible on ipad but the video does not load.

    Hey LeitrimGAA,

    I can’t see a slider at all on that page when checking on desktop/Chrome, did you remove it? Please note that auto-play is disabled on mobile devices.

    The slider is there and the slides move every 5 seconds, The video is the first slide and as mentioned above it looks blank – even if autoplay is off on mobile devices I expect to see the video container. (2 images follow the video slide.)

    Hi,

    This feature is disabled on mobile devices by default. You need to add a fall back image in place of the background video. If you really want to display a video container, disable the slider on mobile view and then replace it with an actual video element. Use the elements’ Screen Options to toggle their visibility on difference devices.
