    Hi,

    Thanks for the info.

    It should never be password protected. Have you tried to disable the plugins and see if that helps? We can’t disable it because the account that you provide is not an admin.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the details and sorry for the late reply. I’ve never seen this happen ever before to be honest with you, we don’t have any functionality in the theme which lets you password protect elements. Did you try disabling plugins like Ismael suggested?

    A lot of the theme options panel are missing. Please try to upgrade the theme using the beta version. (see private field)
