Thank you for the info.
This might be an issue with the av_uid attribute. Is this an old slider, or a slider that was created on an older version of the theme? Please try to remove the current slider, add the same slider type, then reselect the images.

IsmaelFebruary 16, 2022 at 10:24 am #1340888Hi,
I think you have misunderstood. The problem has been generated when updating to the latest version and affects the entire web. Both in the Spanish and English version. I have this kind of sliders in all the web. there can be thousands of images between all the pages and languages. Are you telling me that I have to go changing all the thousands of images 1 to 1? and looking in the image gallery the image I had selected where I also have thousands of images? Something has changed the configuration in the update, I just need to revert that change in the code. Please tell me how. Please help.

Thank you for the update.
Which slider are you currently using in the site? Please create a site backup or a restore point, then try to update the files listed in the private field.

February 18, 2022 at 5:25 am #1341266Hi,
Thank you for the update.
I only use the slider that comes in enfold. “Fullwidth Easy Slider”.
You have to override the config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow_fullsize/slideshow_fullsize.php file using this code https://pastebin.com/qgNqLvkR.
We tried to access the dashboard but we got locked out (423 error). Did you change the login URL? Please try to disable the security plugin or option temporarily so that we can check the site properly.

Thanks for that, the FTP login details are still not working though. Are you blocking IP ranges via FTP as well maybe?
You can find my IP in private, but please note that it’s dynamic and might change before we have a chance to check your site.

Thanks for the update.
Looks like you are already using version 4.9 which contains the patch for this particular issue. But to enable it and to remove the cloned elements, we added this code in the functions.php file.
add_theme_support( 'avia_post_css_slideshow_fix' );
We temporarily disabled the WP Rocket plugin.
