I’m stuck with the Fullwidth Easy Slider. It only works in smartphone and tablet environments, but not desktop. I will supply a private link for your review. I hope that you can point me the way.
Thank you!
June 19, 2025 at 8:47 am #1485664what do you mean by “only works” is it present but does not show prev. next slides ? or is there no slider at all?
the element itself got an option on Advance Tab to show/hide the slider for responsive cases:
are there any checkmarks checked inside your slider?

It’s working fine on my end, how can we reproduce the results that you are seeing on your end?
Best regards,
RikardJune 19, 2025 at 11:12 pm #1485695Thank you for the quick reply!
The occurrence happens when viewing on my desktop screen with at least 1200 pixels wide on the browser setting. When I collapse the screen width to tablet and smartphone sizing the slider appears, but not on the desktop.
I look forward to your feedback.
Thanks again!
June 19, 2025 at 11:12 pm #1485696It is only one slide as a static graphic that the desire is for that graphic to butt up to the top menu bar.
It only appears in tablet and smartphone dimensions, but does not appear in desktop dimensions.
Hopefully this answers your question.
Thanks!
June 20, 2025 at 12:59 am #1485698And oh, no responsive buttons are checked.
My thought is something is activated for the entire page in the responsive settings rather than the full width easy slider, but I haven’t found it.
June 20, 2025 at 11:48 am #1485721Hi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t see it not working on any screen resolution on my end, did you try using a different browser or a private/incognito window?
Best regards,
RikardJune 27, 2025 at 11:51 pm #1486060Sorry for the slow response back for I have been out of the office. I’m proofing this on three browser environments all on a Mac. Safari, Chrome and Firefox. In each instance the yellow banner shows up for smartphone and tablet, but not on my desktop. I have also proofed this on a PC desktop environment using Chrome and still have the same results. I have a screenshot that I placed as a private link to show you what I’m seeing on my end. I look forward to your reply.
Thank you.
June 28, 2025 at 8:30 pm #1486084Hi,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (min-width: 991px) { .html_header_transparency #main { padding-top: 118px !important; } }
Best regards,
RikardJune 30, 2025 at 12:27 am #1486120Bingo! Jackpot! That did the trick.
Thanks so much Rikard for your help on this. Very much appreciated!
