I have noticed a problem with the Fullwidth Easy Slider that seems to have have started with the latest wordpress update. When you try to add or change an image in the Fullwidth Easy Slider, the image info and options is blank (this is normally displayed on the right) so you can add any text or select the size.
I have tried disabling all plugins, re-installing wordpress and even uploading an older version of Enfold (using the child theme) as well as trying different PHP versions (all are currently running 7.4). This issue is the same on all clients sites who use Enfold.
It is also the same with the Easy Slider & Fullscreen Slider but not with image and the different galleries as the info on the right is displayed. when you try to add an image.
Any ideas?

September 24, 2021 at 6:36 am #1322117Hey boxnumberone,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Do you guys not have a test site to simply check this by trying to add an image to the Fullscreen Eay Slider?
I would have to ask each individual client for permission to let you have access and that is not practical as it is happening on all clients sites using Enfold with child theme. There are various hosts but sites are all using the latest version of Enfold (although it is the same on older versions) and all plugins ect are up to date and all running php 7.4.
As previously said, it is quite a recent thing that appears to have happened with the latest wordpress update and it is happening with multiple running Enfold.

NikkoSeptember 27, 2021 at 12:26 pm #1322473Hi boxnumberone,
I just received a message from our dev that it is an intended behavior, the image size to be used is not set on the slider item but in the slider itself (under Styling > Slideshow Settings > Slideshow Image and Video Size).
Regards,
NikkoSeptember 27, 2021 at 1:15 pm #1322483Thanks Nikko. That makes sense. Thank you for your help.
