Hi, I’ve upgraded Enfold to 4.5.2 and the Fullwidth slider now shows the slider images all at once on top of each other. Also the Social share buttons are displayed in a strange way. Oddly enough this is only true on the subpages. On the start page both the slider and the Social share buttons display as they should. I’ve turned of most of the plug ins, except for “All In One WP Security”. If I deactivate that one the whole site breaks and produce an error.
I’m running WordPress 5.0.1 –Hope you can help. thanks /Michael

December 21, 2018 at 9:36 pm #1048381Hey musklick,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

January 4, 2019 at 7:14 am #1049852Hi,
Thank you for writing to us.
I’m getting an “Internal Server Error” please provide the FTP details or delete the .htaccess file from FTP server and rename the wp-content\plugins folder to plugins-oldThis will eliminate most of the possible errors.
Let us know once this is done and your site is up so we can further investigate this issue.
Best regards,
VinayJanuary 4, 2019 at 12:00 pm #1049950Thank you for your reply. I removed .htaccess and that fixed the startpage, but the subpages are “Not found”. Editing pages look like usual again, like they did before Gutenberg. FTP info in private content. I did not rename the Plugins folder, since all plugins are deactivated except “All In One WP Security”.
Best regards /Michael

January 9, 2019 at 9:35 am #1051658Hi musklick,
Thanks for providing us ftp access.
Even though the caching plugin was deactivated, the remaining cached files caused the issue.
We have fixed it and it’s working fine now.
Let us know if you need further assistance.Best regards,
Nikko -
