On my site (link included) for whatever reason, resizing the browser window —- on desktop a little, OR on mobile a lot — doesn’t resize the slider image. I have “Stretch image to fit the slideshow size?” set to yes. But it still stays its full width. Hm. How can I fix this? It really needs to be responsive and I know that it is…..but for some reason isn’t working. Help?
Hey mterrian!
Hmm, it’s being responsive on my end. Can you take a screenshot of what your seeing?
Try clearing your browser cache and any caching related plugins you might have installed.

Hi Elliott! According to my tester, she is using the Zoom menu items or keys (ctrl-+ and ctrl-) to reduce the browser window size and the slider remains the same size. I notice if I just squeeze the browser window in the usual way (manually) all behaves well, EVERYTHING shrinks to scale, but if anyone Zooms in or out, everything shrinks to scale except the slider! Is there a css workaround that will get this to behave for her? some sort of “width: 100%;” in the right place? :) This is not a crisis to me at all, but it is to her, and so I’m after some way to fix it, if one even exists….
Thanks for all you guys do. You must have the patience of saints.
Hi!
Correct responsive test can be done by resizing browser window or checking sites on actual mobile devices. Most websites break when zoomed in/out. We may find a solution but that may break true responsiveness :)

Thanks, Yigit! I wouldn’t want to break true responsiveness :) You guys are the best.
