    Hi there!

    We seem to be having an issue with the slider on the homepage of our website (see private content). Once the video is complete, an image pops up, however, there is no fallback image set. With the raw video, nothing shows up either (see private content for video URL)

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We didn’t really notice any issue with the slider in the page nor in the video clip. There is no image that pops up after the video. In which browser are you testing it?

    Hello,

    We’ve tried all of the browsers – chrome, safari, firefox, all having the same issue.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, I can’t see any images popping up either after the video. I can see that you are using images on slides 2-4, is that what you are referring to maybe? If not then could you post a screenshot of the problem?
