Fullwidth Easy Slider & Color Sections with Images stopped working - Support

This site has been up and running for a year or 2 years… was beautiful, all of a sudden, this week, all fullwidth easy sliders on site stopped working – there is just a blank space where they are supposed to be. As to full width color sections with images, the images are goine.

Here’s one page on the site that has a fullwidth easy slider at the top and sever color sections with images and overlays, they are all missing:

I also noticed the revolution slider on home page has the bottom cut off, cuts off 1/2 the slides

Just noticed Gallery Page no longer works either, so it’s something to do with images… I’m deactivating plugins one by one right now.

Hi!

It seems like you are still using Version: 3.2.3. Please try updating the theme via FTP manually and overwrite all files – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Same with my website. The full width slider is not working and showing blank page.

I tried to update but it says it already is: No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.4.7)

You’re right, have API Key, says I’m running the latest version of Enfold, but Yigit’s right, it also says I have 3.2.3… so it’s not really updated. I am waiting to get FTP access to upload the theme and see if that works

@bemodesign Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, please update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

In FTP, should I replace the “enfold” folder? Is that going to mess with anything on my website?

Okay Yigit, I’ve just uploaded theme via FTP, and Enfold Theme Options now says I have ver 3.5.2. But it didn’t fix it – still no images, sliders, etc. on site….

I updated the these to 3.5.2 and my Slider is now working. Thanks
