    Hello, I uploaded an image to the “Fullwidth Easy Slider”, and then update, and preview, it shows the image I uploaded. But when I log out, the image disappered.

    There is no problem before, but recently, I can not save it. What is the problem?

    Could you please help check?

    Hey,

    I tried to login but I got following error:
    “Unknown email address. Check again or try your username.”

    Could you please create a new user using (Email address hidden if logged out) with Administrator role and post the login credentials here privately? :)

    Hi,

    I tried to save your homepage as a template but it throws JS errors. Could you please firstly update Enfold to the latest version 5.3.1.1 and then try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? Then you can activate plugins one by one to find the culprit :)

    Hello, Yigit,

    Although I updated the them to 5.3.1.1, and also disabled all the plugin,
    still the Fullwidth Easy Slider doesn’t work out properly,
    sometimes it seems save, but later the saved image revert back.

    Could you please help check? Thanks in advance.

    When log in the, the image save. When I log out, the image back to last one.
    And also I find another problem, when I send inquiry from the contact page, I can not receive the message.
    But this works months ago, in the beginning. Could you please help check too?

    Hi,
    Thank you for the link to your site, I see that when I’m logged in your homepage slider has 3 slides, and when I’m logged out it only has one slide and the Latest Highlights section on your homepage shows shortcode instead of the proper element.
    Typically this occurs when your web server is using object-oriented cache such as Memcached, Redis, Varnish, Litespeed, etc. please disable your server cache and flush it, if it is connected to a CDN such as cloudflare disable this also.
    Typically these types of cache do not show for logged-in users and they only update once a day.
    Once you are done creating your site then you can enable the server cache and CDN.
