Fullwidth Easy & fullscreen slider video don’t work on smartphone

Video cant be show on smartphone with Fullwidth Easy slider or Fullscreen slider .
Even i set image background there isn’t play video button. thouse slider are very beautiful and important

I’m sorry but the video background is disabled on mobile devices by default that’s why you have to add a fallback image. If you really need a video background on mobile, use the layer slider instead.

1.Even i insert fallback image the video will not work, only image will be show.

1.) That’s the actual behavior of the slider, videos are completely disabled on mobile view.

2.) Add a layer, switch to Video/Audio type and then enable the “Use this video as slide background”. Make sure that the video’s aspect ratio is 16:9.

3.) This will require a major modification in the theme. Please a hire a freelance developer or replace the slider with the Video element.

Hi,

The background videos are disabled on mobile devices but it will display a fall back image. You can use the layer slider or look for a third party plugin in place of the sliders if you really need the video to play on mobile devices.

Did you check the “Disable Autoplay” option? Please edit the slide, look for that option and make sure that it is not enabled.

Did you add any scripts or custom modifications in your installation? Please upgrade the theme to version 4.5.2 and then temporarily deactivate the plugins afterwards.
