We have the Fullscreen Slider with video slides on our homepage and in each of our portfolio pages. When viewing the homepage or any of our portfolio pages on mobile devices, in place of the video slides we see the images we chose for the Preview/Fallback image sections in the Video Slide settings. A couple of questions follow.
1. When viewing the portfolio pages on mobile, the Preview/Fallback image is CENTER aligned. When viewing the homepage on mobile, the Preview/Fallback images are LEFT aligned. How do we make the Preview/Fallback images CENTER aligned on the homepage?
2. When viewing the Preview/Fallback image on mobile devices, in portrait mode most of the 16:9 image’s left and right sides are cropped out, but when rotating the mobile device to landscape mode, most of the image is visible and seems to fill the screen correctly. Is there anyway to find a happy medium or balance between portrait and landscape modes?

Sorry for the delay. We tried to check the pages above but they don’t seem to exist. Did you move the site, or do we have to be logged in in order to see those pages? Please provide the login details in the private field.

IsmaelThe issue seems to have resolved itself once we went live and updated our PHP version from PHP 5.6 to PHP 7.1.
We are still waiting for a solution to this topic though.
