Hi there,
This issue with the Fullscreen slider and parallax appearing Jittery / Jumpy / Jerky / Flickering / Flashing when you scroll down has been a reoccurring problem and is widely reported by many users on many browsers and systems.
Mine happens on Firefox + Safari on Mac (Enfold version 3.1.3), but some users also on IE on Windows etc, see some threads below:
Jumpy slider

https://kriesi.at/support/topic/jittery-ajax/How do we sort out this problem once and for all? This is not what one would expect from such a popular theme?
Please advise urgently thanks

thank you for reporting this to us. I think Kriesi is already aware about this and right now working on this issue. However, I will report this again to him. Can you provide us admin access to your website, so I can reproduce it on my installation and be sure it’s a real theme issue and not caused by anything else (plugins, etc.)? you can post login details here as private reply.
Best regards,
AndyApril 8, 2015 at 9:56 am #425157Thanks very much, I can give you admin access but what is the point since the theme demo is also jumpy for me on Safari and Firefox – so it is not unique to my install?
I’m on Mac OSX 10.7
Firefox 36.0.4
Safari Version 5.1 (7534.48.3)
Chrome works fineBut other users are experiencing this also on IE on Windows and other browsers etc
There are complaints about it going back to mid 2014. How sure can we be that you can sort this out and how long will it take?
Thanks again
April 9, 2015 at 5:59 pm #426113Hey!
I talked with Kriesi about your problem. This is what he told me:
Its a known issue. I am already thinking about different solutions, its a little bit problemtaic since each of them causes problems with different browsers but you can tell those guys I am working on it.
I can’t say how long it will take for Kriesi to solve this issue, but I can tell you that he’s working hard on it :).
Thank you for being patient.
Best regards,

Any update on this issue?
Thanks

Sorry, nothing found yet. When we find a fix or workaround it will be added in the next update.

ElliottNovember 17, 2015 at 4:10 am #537062Hey guys, same problem here. Especially on larger screened iMacs. Is there a way to simply make the Full Screen Slider background image “fixed” instead of parallax? For instance, once the slider adjusts the image to Full Screen, can it be fixed there and allow the rest of the website to scroll up? I think that would temporarily fix the issue until Kriesi is able to resolve it.
Can you please post the code/changes we’d need to make in order to have a fixed BG image for the full screen slider?

RikardNovember 26, 2015 at 5:49 pm #543320Hey, I was able to fix the issue by removing parallax using the code below:
.avia-mac ul.avia-slideshow-inner { -webkit-transform: none!important; }
