You can see here https://vimeo.com/258648586 in Chrome DevTools (F12), the parallax looks nice in mobile version.
But when I try in my iPhone 6, it doesn’t look nice.

March 5, 2018 at 10:01 pm #921843Hey Japracool,
Parallax is disabled on mobile ( at least yet ) as it does not work properly.
If you need to modify the result, you would need to get it short out by hiring someone.Best regards,
BasilisMarch 6, 2018 at 6:03 am #922052Ah I see. Thank you for the information!
March 6, 2018 at 5:07 pm #922410Sorry, is that possible the image in mobile here https://ibb.co/inEU7n full screen? If the image cannot be parallax.
March 7, 2018 at 5:51 am #922739Hi,
Do I have the URL of your site correct (in private)? If so then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look. Also, what exactly do you mean by the image being full screen? It looks like it already is in your screenshot?
Best regards,
RikardMarch 7, 2018 at 6:48 am #922750I guess, the proper one is fit to screen, not full screen so that the image looks nice in mobile.
March 7, 2018 at 9:28 am #922805You can see from this video https://youtu.be/wUDZ68vwp20
Bug? In that video I’m trying to scroll down and up.

March 8, 2018 at 8:33 pm #924046Hi,
Not sure – but do your settings apply like that
Can you check?
Best regards,
BasilisMarch 10, 2018 at 4:26 am #924819I’m referring to “Fullscreen Slider”, not “Fullwidth Easy Slider”. Please take a look at this:
Fullscreen Slider in homepage using my iPhone 6
Fullscreen Slider in test page using my iPhone 6
Their settings are the same. But the result is different, what happened?
I want the result just like in the test page, but the image fits to the screen.

March 11, 2018 at 6:47 am #925153Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, though it looks like you are using videos on both your front and test page now. Not sure if you still need help with this?
Best regards,
RikardMarch 11, 2018 at 7:17 am #925163Yes, both settings front and test page are the same. But when you try open it from your mobile phone, the results are different. Just like the images, I shared above. I want the image in front page, is the same like the test page.
And the image in the test page, is not fits to screen. I want make it fits to screen, how?
Here’s the original image:

March 13, 2018 at 8:46 am #925932Do you understand what I am referring to?
March 14, 2018 at 8:04 am #926466Hi,
Please note that the full screen slider stretches the image to cover the entire container while maintaining the aspect ratio. We can set the “background-size” property to “contain” or “100%” on mobile devices but it may create white spaces around the slider container or distort the images. Which one do you prefer?
Another workaround is to add another slider that is specifically configured for mobile devices. Use the sliders’ Screen Options to toggle the visibility on different screen sizes or device.

IsmaelMarch 14, 2018 at 11:19 am #926546Hi Ismael, thank you for your reply!
Have you check site from your mobile phone?
Especially these two URLs: http://visualexpert.co.id/test/ & http://visualexpert.co.id/
Why the result are different? I’m expecting the result on my mobile phone just like http://visualexpert.co.id/test/, I’m totally fine. It looks like this:
But when you go to http://visualexpert.co.id/, it looks like this:
What happened? I want to fix the homepage on mobile phone.
March 15, 2018 at 6:31 am #927067Hi,
Did you remove the “castle” in the test page? Please add it again so that we can see the difference. You’re using a full width slider in the home page, not full screen.
Best regards,
IsmaelMarch 15, 2018 at 11:10 am #927203Okay, I’ve created separate pages.
Nice Background
http://visualexpert.co.id/test-1/Bad Background
http://visualexpert.co.id/test-2/I want the background in http://visualexpert.co.id/test-2/ is like http://visualexpert.co.id/test-1/. How?
March 15, 2018 at 11:19 am #927210Please try it on your mobile phone…
March 16, 2018 at 5:43 am #927912Hi,
The pages look the same aside from the masonry items in the “test-2” page. The “castle” image that was previously described in the screenshot above is missing. Please add it again so that we can see the difference.
Again, you can add another slider or element that is specifically created or configured for mobile devices in place of the current slider. You have to use images that are resized based on mobile screen resolutions. Use the elements Screen Options to toggle their visibility on different screen size or devices. If you go to the Screen Options, the checkboxes there are self explanatory. Basically, you’ll need to have two versions of the slider or section, one for mobile and another for desktop.
Best regards,
IsmaelMarch 18, 2018 at 12:33 pm #928681Both castle images are there, I just checked it. You need to try access it from your mobile device, don’t use f12 on Google Chrome.
If you use f12 on Google Chrome, it does look nice.
Please try to use your mobile phone and you will notice the differences .
