Hi there,
I have a fullscreen slider at the top of my page. It was working just great, but for no apparent reason it’s suddenly stopped displaying images.– Text is coming through OK, although it’s white on white I can see it in Chrome inspector
– The images themselves can be served OK through a different widget… but fullscreen slider refuses to display them on the page, either on desktop or mobile.
How can I troubleshoot this issue?
March 16, 2016 at 9:59 pm #599262Hey shahid1618!
Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? If not, please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
YigitMarch 16, 2016 at 10:01 pm #599264Will do. If I re-update the theme, will this erase the content?
March 16, 2016 at 10:04 pm #599269(FYI – deactivating all plugins did not fix the issue)
March 16, 2016 at 11:31 pm #599291OK – I’ve re-uploaded over FTP and overwritten the folder – no change. I then deleted /enfold/ in the themes directory, and did a fresh install – no help, still a non-functional slider.
What else can I test? (Appreciate the help!)
March 17, 2016 at 2:38 am #599348Hey!
We need access to your site to check the issue please create a temporary user with ‘administrator’ role and share in private content with permission to deactivate all plugins and add custom code if necessary to help you resolve this issue.
Best regards,

I managed to solve it by re-importing the original demo content I started with. I’m guessing there was something in the theme configuration I changed that led to this issue, but I’m not sure what. Either way, it’s fixed now.
Thanks all the same!
