    Hi ! I have a problem with the fullscreen slider on the homepage of my website … It doesn’t appear on the mobile phone. I’ve tried many different solution but I can’t fix it. If someone could help me, it would be awesome :-) Thanks a lot !

    Can you give us a screenshot of how it looks on your end? it seems to display on my phone though the image is a bit larger.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    You are currently using an older version of the theme.
    Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.1 and after that please update WordPress as well.
    Then, please generate a Personal Token by referring to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates :)

    Let us know if issue persists after the updates so we can look further into it :)

    Very sorry for the delay … I did all the updates but the problem is still there :-( Impossible to see the image on our smartphones … We tried only with Iphones

    Why the Masonry Gallery on the home page is not visible anymore (both laptop and smartphone) ? Did you do anything ? Its very important … Thanks

    “Currently: Adjust to content width” I don’t get it … It was working very well before ! I tried a lot of different option but the Masonry Galery is not working :-(

    I am sorry for the late reply!

    I was searching for more technical solution and did not think background image was stretched until @rikard pointed out :)
    I added following code to Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options > General Styling tab

    @media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) {
.avia-safari .av_fullscreen li {
background-attachment: scroll !important;
background-size: cover !important;
}}

    Please review your website :)

    Hi,

    I have noticed JS errors in console related to “RaraTheme Companion” plugin. I have de-activated the plugin and your Masonry Gallery element showed up :)
