    Hi,

    I cannot get Avia Layout Builder Media Elements to work. All elements I have tried are not showing up. In particular I want to add a Fullscreen Slider.

    If I add the element and save it, then update the website, nothing shows up. If I edit the Layout Slider again, the image’s thumbnail is gone.

    I found posts saying that increasing the WP memory limit to 128MB could help. It doesn’t in my case. I also updated Enfold to the newest version. Could it have something to do with server permissions?

    our server is only accessible internally right now. Can you provide help without access? I can contact our admin, but am not sure if we can make it available.

    Hi,

    I can only give a few standard remedies but we can try, please try the following:

    – Disable all plugins to see if one is causing conflict.
    – Clear your browser cache and any caching plugins you might have active.
    – Overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    If none of those work we will probably need to access the installation.

    Thanks a lot, I had tried all those things and they didn’t work. However, it seems it works on a different web server (maybe some software version?), that is also publically accessible.
