Well, i’m having a problem with the fullscreen slider. and the problem is, it looks awful on a tablet and phone on portrait mode because it doesn’t show the full image.
I have linked screenshots from an android tablet,an iphone and an ipad
has you can see. It always looks awful on portrait mode. What solutions do we have for this. thank you

The only solution is to use a different image. The fullscreen function means the image will always take up the full height and width of the screen when loaded. The cropping needs to happen in order to make that work.
If you want the image to be seen over the element to take up the full height/width of the screen then you can use one of the other fullwidth slideshow options.
