    Hello. I have added a fullscreen easy slider to a page (which I’ve done a thousand times before). When the page loads (on both Chrome and Firefox), there is a blank white space where the slider is supposed to be. The navigation buttons are visible, though, and when you click one, the slider begins to work and images show up.

    For troubleshooting purposes, the slideshow has 4 images and only 3 navigation buttons show up when the page loads. Once you click a button and the slider begins to work, then all 4 buttons are visible.

    I checked the console in Chrome and I’m getting jquery errors:

    jquery.js?ver=1.12.4&nocache=1:2 Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: #selectSessions1568004filtersession=19817404

    I downloaded the latest version of Enfold (4.1) and replaced all the theme files using FTP. I deactivated all plugins. I cleared my browser cache, also. This did not fix the issue. I’m out of ideas.

    Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Hey promosapien,

    Please check now, home-2 give a 404, but there was an extra symbol in the menu link.

    Hi Victoria,

    Thank you for your help. I’m sorry. The 404 was my fault. After posting my question on the forum, I returned to the page later, edited it, then changed the name of it (I forgot I needed to keep it the same for you). I just created a test page and added a full screen easy slider to it. It is working fine now. Was the problem I was having due to the extra symbol in the menu link?

    I am having the same issue. I have tried everything and the elements just don’t come up. Blank spaces where the elements should be. http://www.shinefmohio.com is the site. I have had problems with easy slider, testimonies and countdown. This just started with in the last month. When I refresh, it sometimes pops up

    We are having the same issue. This just suddenly appeared. The Full Page Easy Slider on the homepage is now showing blank for us as well (www.mcsonj.org)

    Looking at the developer console in chrome, i found a jquery syntex error which was indicating a “widgetkit” was throwing an syntex error. Once I deactivated that plugin we were good to go. I am fixed.
