    Hi,
    I am trying to use a video background from a youtube link with the fullscreen slider.
    I am running into a problem that when the page loads the slider is blank until you press the navigation arrow then the slider loads.

    Any suggestions you may have will be appreciated.

    Also I would like to edit the size to 1500 px wide x 400 pixels tall rather than the 1500 x 1500

    Hi,

    I edited the video URLs to the correct format but with the same result unfortunately. You are getting some error messages on the page, could you try to deactivate all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them please?

    I have tried disabling plugins and it doesn’t appear that the issue is coming from a conflict.

    Hey!

    That seems to be a cache issue.
    Can you please check if you have any plugin active?

    Hi Basil,

    Thanks for looking into this.
    I have disabled plugin: wp-supercache also the caching on the sucuri firewall but the full page sider still opens on a blank frame just a lot slower.

    I have even tried making the video into a ogv and hosting it on site with the same results.

    Hi!

    Please disable the plugins, any firewall, CDN etc and use Chrome in Icognito mode.
    Let us know if that will help you out.

    the issue appears to be with the sucuri firewall, I have tested the video slider on another enfold site with an identical set up that is not behind the sucuri fire wall and it operates as expected. I’ve put a ticket in with sucuri to see if we can come up with a solution. Thank you for helping me pin point the issue.

    I just heard back from Sucuri and they tested the site and it isn’t the firewall after all.

    Hi,

    your slider gets loaded correctly for me. Could you fix it already?

    If not please clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Check on another computer as well.

    Which browser and OS are you using?

    Hi Andy,
    I am still getting the blank slider at page load. I have tested it in chrome and Firefox on several different computers and networks. It will load correctly if you advance the slider but not at page load.

    Hi,

    are we allowed to temporarily deactivate all your plugins?

    Please ask your host if there is any caching acitvated and tell them to deactivate it.

    Also there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Thank you for continuing to look into this.
    You have permission to temporary disable plugins.
    As you have requested, I have disabled caching on the cloud proxy and installed a fresh version of enfold via FTP.

    Hi,

    I deactivated all your plugins and then the content of lite in private section is working again. So one is causing the isue. Deactivate all one by one to find out which one is causing it.
