    Hi,

    I uploaded the slider to my site and have everything updated, but the single image won’t show up.

    I’ve taken it down for now so as to not hurt my traffic, but any reason why?

    What is the current version of Enfold on your installation? Please update to version 3.1.4.

    I am updated to the most recent version and still having the issue. It just doesn’t load for me. On firefox is shows a big empty space, and on chrome, it just seems to pretend there is nothing there and moves it all up.

    Everything is uploaded to the most recent version. It appears to work on safari but not on firefox or chrome.

    Hey!

    Can you please create a testing page and post the link to it along with login credentials if you do not mind so we can look into it?
    It sounds like caching issue if it shows up on Safari and not on Chrome and Firefox.
