Full-Width problems

Hello,

I am trying to create a page with transparent & glassy header.
In that page I use “image with hotspots” (which has no hotspots) to put a picture under the glassy header.
I will try to explain my problems step by step.

1- Under the header and picture, there are 4 sections (As: (1/2)(1/2)(1/2)(1/2)). I want these sections to be boxed but they are also full width.

Solution: If I put these 4 sections under 2 color sections, they become boxed. – https://prntscr.com/heoykw

2- When I put those sections under color sections, footer becomes boxed too.

Solution: If I put an image with hotspot -which has gray line at the end of the page- footer becomes full width. – https://prntscr.com/hep2bl

3- Page looks fantastic on a 1080P monitor but it looks horrible on small screens.

Solution: I have to put these 4 sections out of the color sections which leads me to problem 1.

*In case of need I can not provide login credentials because the site is in localhost.
